My journey into the planning industry began unexpectedly when I explored ways to unlock the financial potential of my personal property — now, I help others do the same.
I work both independently and alongside mentors, collaborating with a strong power team that includes planning consultants, architects, and a wealth of local knowledge.
As a creative thinker with a talent for spotting loopholes and proactively solving problems, I’m dedicated to helping others make the most of their land.

Path To Purchase Timeline

Assess
Our team of planning consultants and architects will assess the feasibility of your land, and draw a draft sketch of the proposed house/s. At NO cost to you. 2 - 4 weeks

Analyse
The team will now analyse local land/house values and build costs. We want to maximise the value of your site. We will then present an offer to you. 2 - 4 weeks

Agree
If you are happy with our offer, and the process, solicitors will be instructed, searches will be conducted and all parties will sign into a 12 - 18 month agreement. If all runs smoothly, this can take 3 - 4 months. We will cover ALL costs

Apply
We will aim to submit the Planning Application within 4 months of legal documents being signed. We will cover ALL costs.

Advance
During the application stage, the site will have been marketed to our network of developers. At the end of this stage, planning permission is granted and a buyer is agreed. Up to 16 weeks

At the final stage, the land is sold to the buyer, and all agreed MONIES are transferred.
